How it Works
Here are important points to note regarding the process to register for our pilgrimage routes.
Before registering, please ensure that you have a group of 6 -12 pilgrims.
If you don't have a group to walk with, you can still join one of our open groups.

BOOKING DATES
For all enquiries, please indicate your pilgrimage dates. We will confirm whether the dates are available.
An itinerary will be emailed to you together with the link to the online registration form.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Once you have pressed the submit button on the registration form,
a copy will be emailed to you and you can rest assured that we have also received the copy.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A 50% deposit (excl. slack packing cost) is required with registration. Banking details are on the registration form. Please email or fax proof of payment.
The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. An invoice and statement is emailed 5 weeks prior to your journey.

PILGRIMAGE ROUTES ARE MOSTLY ALONG PROVINCIAL GRAVEL ROADS, FARM ROADS, TAR ROADS AND SINGLE TRACK.
SLACK-PACKING FEES ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE DUE TO THE FLUCTUATION IN THE PETROL PRICE
